Statement of the Murrysville Export Republican Committee on the FBI Search of Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Estate
The heavy-handed raid by the FBI on former President Trump’s Estate in Florida was outrageous and completely unprecedented in American history. Attorney General Garland’s statement on the matter intensifies the suspicion that this action is another example of the Democrat left and Biden administration using the DOJ and FBI as weapons to persecute political enemies and particularly President Trump. When compared with Hillary Clinton’s keeping classified information on a basement server, willfully destroying files, and eradicating hard drives instead of surrendering them as directed, there seems to be a double standard in enforcement of laws.
The Fourth Amendment was written to prevent the use of warrants to pursue political rivals, which is why they can only be issued after someone has shown proper cause. We have seen that this process has been abused in the past by the DOJ and FBI in the Russian Collusion Hoax and other incidents by misrepresentations on warrant applications and carried through by left leaning judges. This practice must be stopped before our country becomes as corrupt as some third world countries.
Now is the time for all Americans, Republicans, Democrats and Independents to join together to change the path we are on. An important election will happen on November 8, and it is vital to elect Republican Candidates who will return America to the nation we know and love.
