With mail-in voting in progress and nonstop TV political ads, one important race gets almost no coverage.   Summer Lee is facing Mike Doyle in the newly redistricted 12^th U.S. Congressional District.

With sparse candidate information from TV ads, I checked the Pennsylvania House website to see sponsorship memoranda from Rep. Lee that address key issues where she wanted legislation passed.   For example, the following were among those listed for Rep. Lee.

1. End Cash Bail in PA (sole sponsor) – Some form of this legislation has been enacted in D.C., New York, California, and New Jersey, all areas that have seen skyrocketing crime rates as many repeat criminals know they can quickly be freed after each new arrest.
3. Decriminalize Prostitution by Adults – Is this her idea of creating jobs in PA?
5. End Discrimination Based on Hair Texture and Hair Style – We might need a large new department in Harrisburg to monitor and implement this.
